Each product is eco-consciously handmade per order. Please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery.

Our creations are lovingly handmade per order and imbued with sacred intention. Due to the nature of these artisanal creations, we do not accept returns or exchanges, except in the case of damaged or defective items.

If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please:

•Notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

• Provide clear photographs of the damage or defect.

Once we receive your message and verify the issue, we will gladly arrange for a replacement, repair, or store credit to ensure your experience with The Rose Codes is as beautiful as the pieces themselves.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. The customer is responsible for shipping fees on returned items.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days upon reception. Your refund will be received back to you in up to 10 days, depending on your credit card company.
