Care Instructions

Dry Cleaning (Recommended):
We recommend dry cleaning your kimono for the best results.

Hand Washing (Alternative): If you choose to hand wash, please follow these steps:

Use a minimal amount of mild eco-friendly detergent.
Do not soak the kimono for longer than 15 minutes.
Rinse thoroughly in freshwater.

Drying Your Kimono:
Lay your kimono flat in the shade to air dry or hanging.

Beware of Sun Exposure: Avoid exposing your kimono to prolonged sunlight, as it may cause fading over time.

Removing Wrinkles:

Steaming (Recommended): For wrinkle removal, steaming your clothing is the best option.

Ironing (with Caution): If you need to iron your kimono, follow these steps:

Turn the kimono inside out.
Place a protective cloth on top to safeguard the fabric.
Ensure your iron is set to the appropriate setting for silk & viscose materials.

Return policy

Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days from the day of delivery of your order. If 7 days have passed since your item was received, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. The customer is responsible for shipping fees on returned items.

Sale Items: Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days upon reception. Your refund will be received back to you in up to 10 days, depending on your credit card company.
